Fibre Separator

It receives the coarse particle/fibre waste with air either from primary disc filters or machine exhaust. The dust is separated and air deliver (returned) to the secondary filters. The Fibre separators are used for collect good quality waste for re-use.

The waste separated is further compressed for easy collection & handling. The fibre separators are suitable for Blow Room Dropping, Under Card Waste, Flat Strips, Filter Box waste of cards, Comber Waste and Ring Frame Pneumafil Waste.

Available for air volume capacity 6000CMH to 24000CMH and waste capacity 60kgs and 130kgs.

The fibre separators are vertical and have a conical screw which is driven by geared motor and delivers the waste in compact form.
