Rotary Air Filter

Specially designed continuous return air filtration system based on the principle of rotary drum filtration, designed at a very low velocity of air. rotary air filter ensures consistent and uninterrupted air suction from the production departments. allowing uniform distribution of conditional supply of air in the work area for the maintaining desired atmospheric conditions accurately.

The suction blower designed for 350mm static pressure also ensures elimination of human effort in totally and helps maintaining the production area contamination free over and maintaining the number of air changes as desired.

A variety of filter media is selected for various application & fitted on galvanized perforated rotating drum of ample free area to catch maximum fluff and dust from the air. Rotating action keeps the media clean and maintains uniforms air flow. Fluff/dust so deposited on the filter is sucked off by sliding nozzle connected to a powerful suction blower, which then collects into nylon bags/bag filters. Clean air is passed on for either recirculation or exhaust.

Half Round Air Filter:

Half Round Air Filter provide Large Filtration area in compare to screen filter. Ensures continuous cleaning at low pressure drop.
Special filter media is selected to catch maximum fluff and dust from the air.
Half Round Air Filter provides automatic removal and collection of fluff/dust in dust bags. Manpower not required for cleaning the filters. Half Round Air Filter provides clean environment & better working efficiency.

Secondary Filter:

The perforated rotating drum of ample free area fitted with variety of filter media for the type of dust and waste.
Synthetic Polyurethane foam, Heavy woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics are used as filter media.
The dust deposited on the filter media is sucked off with sliding nozzles connected to a powerful suction blower through a cyclone separator for continuous cleaning & waste collection.
